Artist's Comments

My lovely hubby took my favorite online comic, Megatokyo by Fred Gallagher and chopped up a page to make me a desktop (I love it very much).. He chose this page because of the skillz speech.. "There is no such thing as luck, only skillz. I'll be back."

Thank you dearest.

And I don't like having a messy desktop, so not a lot floating about.

its always neat to be suprised by a gift every now and then from your loved one's...
:iconkaidoh:
Isn't it though? It really made me very happy...

The secret to my happiness is I have the heart of a 12 year old child. I keep it in a jar over there. Want to see it? - Old Vaudeville.

Go see May I Help You? . You know you want to..

You know, I was re-looking at this, and re-read your comment, and just wanted to add something to it. Those little gifts from loved ones.. they don't have to cost anything, they just have to be thoughtful.. He really surprised me with this, but this kind of thing is completely characteristic of him. For our daughter, he made her a Dr. Who Wallpaper (because she's just discovred the delightful series).. It's the things like this that I appreciate most. I'll never get a diamond ring, nor would I ever want one.. But I'd walk across coals to get these kinds of gifts..
And incidentally.. the file that says "Gift Inside".. contained the demo for Myst V: End of Ages (My favorite series of games).. He thought I might enjoy getting a sneak peek..

That little folder is so very touching!
I would leave one for my wife but she never uses the computer except to ask me to look up the Pathmark circulars!
Maybe I can sneak into her job some day and leave something there for her!

Did you ever open your lunch as a kid and find in it a little note from a family member telling you they love you and to have a nice day? Such is the warm fuzzies! ^_^

Oh, and Megatokyo, Doctor Who and the Myst series rule. I'm currently making a Myst bookmark!
